European Cars of Williamsburg under direction of Gus, Marina, Helen, Chris and Saki is a 5 star operation. The management and service area staff are customer oriented and they have a very impressive array of cars. We've recently had two emergency mechanical issues with our BMW which was taken in, analyzed and corrected each time on the same day. Customer waiting area is comfortable with tv and plenty of coffee. We'll be going back there forever.
