Airtight Self Storage was a joy to work with. They were provide excellent customer service and great communication - they offer a free truck with move in (and it's a great deal), they send reminder emails every billing cycle, they keep an eye on your unit and will call if they notice something out of the usual, and their prices are really reasonable. I am moving out of the area and have no reason to give them my business again, but I would go to them again in a heartbeat if I could.
