A friend of ours had Frank do some concrete work for her recently. We thought it looked so good that we hired Frank too. His bid was reasonable, and the finished product is outstanding -- neighbors stop by to say so, seriously. He was friendly and the work was done quickly. He also has a good artistic sense because in the patio we had him lay out back, he saw to build a cap around the existing wall (creating a more cohesive space) and to build a bench against one of the existing walls (essentially for extra, built-in seating). Best of all, he showed-up each day, worked hard, and always cleaned-up after whatever work was done. The patio was sizable: 45 feet by 25 feet at the widest points and it took about one week. He used to work as part of a team but is now an independent contractor so if you're looking to support an independent business owner rather than some contractor that is part of a larger corporation, hire Frank, you won't regret it.
