Food was good and service was SO DISAPPOINTING! Manager/owner was very disrespectful and we were so hurt and appalled by his behavior. I will never visit this restaurant again. My friends and I were never treated so badly. Management is not professional.

To be fair the atmosphere is very nice and the service was good. They don't have pizza but will get it from next door if you like and it was excellent. I ordered bruscetta and calamari appetizer. The calamari was good but the bruscetta was soggy and not toasted. My wife and I have never had it that way and didnt like it at all. I love chicken marsala and despite the $22 price tag, which would be standard in downtown Chicago but not here, I tried it. When it arrived it consisted of one chicken breast, some mashed potatoes and a vegetable. The marsala sauce was ordinary and I there should have been more chicken. My very young daughters ordered buttered rigatoni (they dont have angel hair pasta). It came without butter, was a very small portion and cost $7. $7?! Bottom line: This guy thinks his restaurant is located on Taylor Street and charges those prices but I could get better food at Pizza Hut. Not a family place. Go there to have a drink at the bar. One star.
