Mr. Dyller fights for victims of racial, gender, age and disability discrimination and harassment. Mr. Dyller also takes on high impact cases involving other types of law, including securities or investment fraud, medical or legal malpractice, or other difficult but important types of litigation.

- Employment LitigationMr. Barry Dyller has been involved in many community and law-related organizations, including the Luzerne County Diversity Commission, the Greater Wyoming Valley Audubon Society, Temple Israel, the Jewish Community Center, the Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association, to name a few. Mr. Dyller is on the Executive Committee of the Civil Rights Section of the American Association for Justice, and has served as its chairman. Mr. Dyller is a frequent speaker to legal professionals and community organizations. Mr. Dyller’s lectures to legal professionals included the topics of police brutality/excessive force litigation; employment litigation; political discrimination and political retaliation. Mr. Dyller lectures at Wilkes University, Penn State University, to the Northeastern Pennsylvania Diversity Education Consortium. Mr. Dyller participated in the Wilkes-Barre NAACP’s Know Your Rights Seminars, and was the keynote speaker at its Racial Summit. Mr. Dyller was awarded the Wilkes-Barre NAACP’s Diversity Leadership Award, its highest honor.
