This man traveled for 3 1/2 hours to repair my Wolf range. He was on time, courteous, and did replace an element in my oven. Repair was quick and solved the problem. I have no reservations calling Joe again if necessary. It was helpful that I was able to describe the problem in detail so that he only made one trip to do repairs ( having ordered the parts before traveling. We have no factory authorized service closer. The owner joe came to my home of which i have a 10000 subzero. He was rude and hostile saying that i was stupid for not having semi monthly condenser cleaning. Then he tried getting me to pay him 2150 for other repairs!!! Horrible and over priced !!! Go anywhere else that includes to the mail man before having a hone tech do any work on your home
