XPress Materials, a cement and concrete contractor, is a division of Graham Family of Companies of Dublin, Ga. The company was established two years ago on a 120-acre site to serve The Villages, a community development situated between Gainesville and Tampa, Fla. The Villages is expanding at the rate of more than 4,000 homes per year and is currently home to over 50,000 residents. The company is set-up for the convenience of builders. Xpress Materials maintains a fleet of 87 trucks--40 mixer trucks, 20 Peterbilt and rear discharges plus 20 Oshkosh Front Discharge Mixers. The company has 47 dump trucks; all are new standard Kenworth T-800 models. XPress Materials headquarters are located in Dublin, Ga.
