TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: February 13, 2010







My Name is Barbara Cortez and have been a Starbuck customer for years that is where my fiance and I met 4 yrs ago. I love your coffee! We go 5-7 times a week faithfully.

I wanted to speak of a incident that occured in one of your Starbucks stores on Clinton Keith in Wildomar Calif. If my fiance Wes and i don't go in together for coffee every morning I send him in to get my coffee. When Wes went in as usual the morning of February 10, 2010 at 10:30 am, the girl at the counter accused him of being a bum and taking a cup out of the trash can to get free coffee!! She not only disrespected him but humiliated him in front of everyone, she told him to take off his glasses so she could she his eyes.? She went as far as getting another customer involved, a undercover police that was in line, she actually wanted him to do something?? The policeman asked her what did he want her to do? And from I understand the manager was there and did nothing to handle the situation she just walked away as if it were no concern of hers isn't she there to manage situations.?? I am so disappointed because I don't quite know what to do, should I never step in a Starbucks shop again or just that particular Starbucks? Like I said I love starbucks coffee but that incident has left a bad taste in my mouth its not as pleasent going into a Starbucks in the morning anymore the service should be great for all the money we spend there.

I would like to hear from someone regarding this situation because i think not only the the girl named Wendy at the counter should be repremanded and the manager who was there as well. I look forward to hearing from someone regarding this situation soon. The Starbucks Store is 32080 Clinton Keith in Wildomar.
