Unreliable! Made an appt 1 week in advance for sewer cleaning, all good! took the day off work, no one shows, no phone calls etc. I call them, get a vm, leave a message asking whats up?? no response. two days later i get a call from technician asking if i can be available tomorrrow or Friday!!! forget it ! No apologies, explanations...nothing!!
