Provided by YP.comI have done business with Wickham in the past with no problem. I took a small order into Wickham on Feb 6th. It was for (8) pieces of glass. I also took in a door to a cabinet that had a curved top thinking it would be easier for them to cut the glass if they had the door. I was told it would be ready on Feb 8th, if not on Monday Feb11th. I left them my phone number but no calls. I called them on Wed Feb 13th, left message, no return call. I drove to Wickham and asked to see the saleswomen. She said she would call me back by one. I received a call from the worker that was going to cut the glass at 1:42, He told me he could have it done by Feb 18th. I told them that I would just come pick up my door. They had my door sitting out so they didn't have to face me. Something simple like proper customer service would have made this better. Because I was not a $10 thousand dollar customer I was a bother to them. I just can't believe that a little curve in the glass door would baffle a glass company. I even offered to take a square cut piece of glass and I would cut the curve in it myself.
