I've lived here for a year now. The staff is great, and the maintence is prett good as well. Unfortunately the apartments are just "dated'. Dark wood cabinetry and yellow countertops, along with off yellow appliances. It was a great first apartment, with low utilities in the winter, however if you are going to live on the top floor then perhaps you should get a roomate to split the $230 average electric bill that I ran during the summer. I also hate walking into a buidling to walk into my apartment. Also, if you have animals this place is perfect, and if you love other residents animals as well.....I'm moving out in 3 days to a new place, and Cedarbrooke helped me to figure out everything that I want and DON'T want in an apartment.
