I used Superior Plumbing for a year. I do not recommend. They have very questionable billing practices. eg: They will leave a job unfinished, to return the next day charging another service fee. They also push for unneeded repairs, with one recommendation being to re-pipe my entire property. It was a simple water heater issue. When I tried to dispute their charges, I was met with very unprofessional behavior.

This is an honest company 100% They could have told me that my unit needed to be replaced and charged me a few thousand dollars, but I am so thankful they are honest and did not. Greg was a real pleasure to work with as well. I live overseas with the military and he was able to cordinate with my real estate agent on my behalf for the service and keep me update thru e-mails. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

My neighbors plumbing broke.It had rained last Spring for two months.Under their house was Sopping wet. Those guys never showed ANY irritation or complained Ever. They were Cheerful and kind. They fixed the problem promptly. No Excusses no complaining attitude. I was SO impressed that I bought the same insurance that they had because I was so impressed. Later I had a plumbing problem. My insurance company called Old Time Plumbing instead of Superior. It was a NIGHTMARE . That guy refused to work on my house and wanted paid anyway.I told him he should be ashamed. Then he Violently Slammed my 55.00 in my face knocking me into the kichen cabnets as he bashed my glass door open while leaving. I threw up all night .I remembered how Wonderful Superior was to my neighbors and felt like I had been cheated. Superior would Never treat me that way.
