Fred the Manager of Culinary assisted our birthday party of four beyond the call of duty tonight at the Red Lobster on West Street in Wichita, Ks due to our waiter completely screwing up our order (four of us) and Fred making in right. Very impressed with Fred and his action to correct the issue. Our waiter screwed up the order and lied to us stating the cooks screwed up the order. The waiter was in our face all during the time making excuses and stating it was not his fault.
