If I could rate this business with zero stars, I would. Customer service was poor, to say the least. After being assured that it was normal given the busy storm season to not have phone calls returned after almost a week, I still allowed this small back porch roof repair project to drag out for almost two months. The project manager finally scheduled a time when they would be out to start work, and no one showed up. I called the day after and had to leave a voice mail for the owner, Danny, explaining that I was finally giving up on them and was hiring someone else, who, by the way, has already provided me with an estimate and has scheduled the project to commence in two weeks. I have yet to hear back from anyone from Precision, least of all the project manager, with an explanation or an apology. I would not recommend Precision to anyone. My experience was sub par and very disappointing.
