The attorneys in the office are Tim J. Larson, Logan M. Brown and Drew Pippin. In the simplest of terms, we assist clients to “get their affairs in order.” This may include drafting powers of attorney that are specific to the client and the client’s needs, Living Wills to address end of life concerns that may include special “comfort care” provisions, or authorizations for the release of medical information to immediate family members or others under the federal law that makes medical information protected and private (HIPAA). We educate our clients about their options, create and implement revocable living trusts, draft wills with special provisions for minor children, coordinate beneficiary designations on various assets such as life insurance, annuities and IRA’s. We also address asset protection, income tax and estate tax concerns as well as Medicaid eligibility issues. We understand and can explain why it might be important to consider the use of Special Needs (or Supplemental Needs) Trusts, Guardianships and Conservatorships. We also provide services to assist those families that have experienced a death. We have a thorough Trust Administration process for those who died with a living trust in place. There is a lot to know and understand to be able to properly work through the Trust Administration process. If probate is necessary, we assist in that process as well. We start out by determining what needs to be done and what is the easiest and least expensive way to get it accomplished.

Our law firm is made up of highly knowledgeable and experienced professionals. We have three attorneys who are fully dedicated to Estate Planning. We also have three legal assistants and two secretarial staff that provide the attorneys and our clients with outstanding support. This team allows us to provide comprehensive services and tremendous value to all of our clients, especially those with complex or large estates. Quite simply, our practice is solely focused on creating Estate and Business Plans that meet our clients’ goals and preserve their wealth for future generations. We DO NOT handle any Criminal cases, Divorces, Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, Worker’s Compensation, Auto Accidents, Environmental cases, Products Liability, or Constitutional cases. Our practice only consists of Estate Planning and related issues. We handle everything from basic Wills and Powers of Attorney to extremely complex and high net worth estates.

Our office is located in Reflection Ridge Office Park at 7570 W. 21st Street. We are west of the Ridge Road & 21st Street intersection.
