I bought a small tool here and the first time I used it, it broke. I was told they had a return policy but when I tried returning it I was told that the return process was "complicated". We both know where this story is going, they refused to take their faulty tool back and my money is still in their pockets. Do yourself a favor and save yourself a lot of headaches; just pass this business by. Don't make the same mistake I made.

I am very familiar with this business. Let me tell you, they are not the most upstanding people to do business with. These people have a reputation of dealing in stolen merchandise so should you buy anything from there be forewarned, you have a greater then 50% chance the police will come knocking on your door.
