Do not use this company. They're rude, and do not back up their work. They installed a unit into my business and then it quite working they determined that the settings were incorrect, and when I was quoted one price and written up for another that was $100 off, I called a liar, then told that if I did not like it he would have the tech go back into the building and "rip the unit out of my house" and further more that I could " go find someone else to fix it " I would rather freeze then have them lie to me and charge me extra for it. It breaks my heart to even give them one star, but you have to click at least one, they don't deserve even that.

THEY WERE VERY NICE UNTIL THEY GOT THE MONEY FOR INSTALLING THE NEW EQUIPMENT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE! WE BOUGHT A CENTRAL HEAT / AIR UNIT IN 2010. IT TOOK 4 VISITS BEFORE THE TECHNICIANS COULD GET THE SYSTEM OPERATING MORE OR LESS PROPERLY. WE STILL HAVE CONDENSATIONS LEAKS IN THE SUMMER. THERE WAS AN INTERMITTANT BAD SMELL AFTER THE INSTALLATION WHICH THEY KEEP SAYING WAS NOT RELATED TO THE NEW UNIT. NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

Horrible service. They install...

Horrible service. They installed new compressor and cooling coil in 2007 and have been back evey year to service it. This year I have had it with them. I think they like to get the yearly service income out of me! About this time every year the air won't cool and they have to come out and I have to pay a service call. Getting very annoying now.

Very pleased with their professionalism and maintenance agreement plan. It is no wonder I have since found out they are the top rated contractor in the state of Kansas and rank in the top ten nationwide. Wouldn't use any one else!!
