Provided by YP.comI called Gottschalk Brothers Roofing, based on a suggestion from my insurance company. They came out and did a thorough inspection of our rental house in Derby, KS. Their estimate was reasonable, and in line with the insurance adjuster. And after I called them back, they knocked a couple hundred dollars off!
I am very pleased with the work they did. They showed up early, on the day promised. I appreciate the good work, clean job site, and getting the job done when they said they would. The crew was fast and efficient, always hustling. They cleaned up everything.
The roof looks great! They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof in the Wichita metro / suburban area.

Provided by YP.comI have had to call 5 or 6 times in the 4 years since my composition roof was installed. 4 of those times was for the leak in my main floor bedroom that came through the ceiling fan and lights. This last time was recently and now I am going to have to repaint the ceiling again and also replace the fan. They are the best at coming out after I call and try to fix where it might be leaking, but I don't think I should have to pay for a new fan. Don't know why it keeps leaking right there, but the ceiling is going to have to be painted again and I have been doing that and buying the paint.
THE LEAK IN QUESTION WAS NOT THE ROOF IT WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE SIDING ABOVE THE ROOF.
