A gentleman came out to give me a written itemized estimate. He was pleasant enough, yet not very informative. Work crew came out as promised. Tree work was completed, but not to my satisfaction. Crew returned 2nd time, did much more thorough job to my standards. However, nobody on the crew came to my door to either announce their return arrival, nor to inspect their work after their return trip. Bottom line... they did come back to make things right, but didn't care enough to come to the door to ask me if I was satisfied after work was completed the 2nd time around. I will not be using them again. I am of the opinion that whenever a workman/crew comes onto the customers premises, they should announce their arrival, as well as their departure. This company did not live up to my expectation of doing the job right the 1st time. With that said, I'm sure there are worst companies to do business with .
