My name is Asia Bunner, I'm usually not one to complain but I've had issues with west and east location now for almost a month and I'm ready to find another OBGYN if one more issue comes up that is out of my hands again. I've patiently waited to simply just get birth control. (IUD) First of all, I call the east office today at 9:30am looking to talk to someone right then and there and not have to leave a message, that's why they have three people up at the front desk. Well the automated voice message specifically says at the end, ''For all other options please wait and your call will be answered shortly in the order it was received.'' So five seconds later passes and it hangs up on me every time. I won't get into any more detail about everything else that happened but my point is, I've heard a lot of good stuff about these offices but my experience has been frustrating so far. Both offices have miscommunicated with me four times now and they haven't been professional about it.

I have a female doctor and she is wonderful but the other I delivered my son and was an even better doctor. I believe they do everything they can. The nurses however are no good I wouldn't call them for any advice I would schedule an appointment.

He's an ob/gyn who uses his "dr." title as a way to use women. I went to him a few years ago because my doctor only referred to him and I was on an insurance where I had to go where my primary doctor sent me. He made a pass at me and I was going to nursing school at the time. He chases all the nurses at the surgery center that he works at and partially owns. He's a low-life who should have his license removed. I believe the doctor who sent me gets kickbacks from him for every patient he refers.
