I had been looking for the passenger door panel for my 2002 Toyota as the wood grain trim was broken. "Toyota in Honda Heaven" found the part for me and gave me the number to call Autorecylers in Kansas They had both door panels, so I ordered both since my driver's side was cracked. My panels arrived very well packed, in good condition (they even texted me a photo of the panels so I would know the color of the wood grain trim) and are now installed. They look great! Never go there!!!!!! Their prices are way to HIGH! The only reason we went to them is we couldnt find the door my husband needed for his 92 civic. We bought it from them thinking we needed it to change his windows to mannual ones, but come to find out we where wrong. We called and asked about their return policy and they said bring it back they would just have to charge us a restocking fee. Ok so we go down there and when we got there they decided that they where indeed NOT going to give us our money back. Just because they where mad that we couldn't afford both door in the first place. So there for even if you have your reciept they dont stand behind their own return policy. So now we have a $140 door we dont need.
