Most of these companies are unprofessional. This one is the best of the worst. Great product!! Poor communication between themselves and with the customer. You will be pleased with the product once installed. Then the unprofessional actions come out. The lack of communication between their sales staff and A/R presents itself. Be very careful about the "terms" if your agreement. Or your bank account will be in jeopardy
