This place use to be called Ten Perfect Nails and it was a lot smaller right by the Pizza Hut. . I use to go there all the time with my kids.The service is great.

I 'm giving it 5 stars just cus its definitely not a 1 star salon and Tommy always takes care of my nails,



Here are my thoughts:



1) The service is always good and I have never had a bad experience here.

2) they do an excellent job every time I come in and get a fill or a pedicure

3) they have a huge selection of nail polish

4) love the massage after the pedicures and my feet always feel better!



Again, extremely consistent, clean, and worth the price. Use to go here almost every week or so but now I live further out but its still worth the drive when I need my nails and feet done.

Although the staff is very friendly, they do not listen to you. The last thing that happened, when I finally gave up on them, I had a strange yellowish place in my thumb nail, the tech looked and said it was nothing, it was fine. She put the new set on anyway, a week later, I had a black spot in it, showed it to them, they all insisted I smashed it, finally the manager took the nail off, it was fungus, She should have never put a new nail on with me having a concern, she should have had the knowledge of what it was, (this is the same nail that was abused through the next situation). One older tech has ripped my nails tearing to meat through my actual nail, once using a tool to help remove nails, the nail wouldn't come loose she kept prying and I kept telling her she was hurting me, then she slipped and sliced my thumb open, I had refused her, but another tech "Queen" wouldn't do my nails because "it wasn't her turn", I was the first and only one in the shop. After I got hurt, then Queen wanted to do them. The manager, Tommy is the only one who waxes eye brows, he always gets them thin and uneven, last time I drew my brows with a brow pencil so he would have a pattern, He made a terrible mess of them. His pedicures? he was more interested in getting my legs smooth and paid very little attention to my feet, I was so disappointed, he did a terrible job. Do not know what happened? I had been going for years and for whatever reason, their work got very shoddy. I'm finished giving money away, I used to do them myself, and I could do just as good a job, Will never go back
