I bought a car from them 6 weeks, a 2016, so fairly new, and should be very reliable. But I have been having problems with one of the tires since day one ( it has a slow leak in the sidewall, which is not fixable) and I was basically told "too bad, so sad". I will never go to them again nor will I ever recommend them to anyone ( I take that back, maybe to my worst enemy)

Beware!!!

WARNING!!! Don't buy a car here! I'll tell you why.

I bought a 2004 Chevy Silverado from these clowns and I immediatly noticed that the heater didn't work. I took it back to them within their 30 day warranty and they said the radiator had lost it's pressure, causing the heater to go out. They flushed the radiator, and POOF, they heater worked again! Until about 2 weeks later when the heater stopped working again. I took it back again, and they said that because it was hot out the first time they flushed the radiator it lost it's pressure again. So they once again waved their magic dip stick and flushed the radiator. After about another 2 weeks, guess what, yep, the heater stopped working, again. This time I was past the 30 day warranty so I just refilled the coolant and took it to a real mechanic.

Turns out that the head gasket had a leak in the seal, causing it to suck the coolant into the gasket's and mix with the oil and everything else, ruining them. And then the catalytic converter went out. And then the tail gate broke. It cost me over $3,700.00 to get it fixed. But hey, look on the bright side. Now I have a practically brand new engine!

Don't buy a car here unless you have lot's of extra cash sitting around to fix it afterward. You may think you're getting a deal, but that's because there's a little surprise waiting for you!

Nick was an incredible salesman! Coming from Oklahoma, we were a bit worried that it wouldn't be what we thought when we arrived. However, he went out of his way to take pictures and videos and make sure we were 100% taken care of. He even detailed the car himself. We'll definitely be back!

Big Shout out to Zebb, my dealer. He really took in what I said I wanted in a car and helped me find just the right one and helped me get a nice price on it. If i had any complaints it would be no more than a week after purchase I needed to change my oil, even though I was told it wouldn't need changed for 2 more months, or 3000 miles. Other then that, amazing dealership.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We bought our 2005 envoy less than a year ago. On the 29th day owning it and less than 300 miles of driving it, it began to fall apart. It would power down in the middle of driving with our 2 kids in the back seat. Since we were one day out from our warranty they sent it to the shop where they kept it for 6 weeks. Within 2 weeks of getting it back the same exact thing has happened along with numerous other problems. It continues to power down while driving and is basically a death trap. We bought it because I was 9 months pregnant with our second child and just about ready to graduate nursing school in a few months. We wanted something budget friendly but large and comfortable. The vehicle seemed to be a perfect fit. We even brought in a check so we didn't have to pay their outrageous interest on their financing. We did all the work and were sold a lemon. The vehicle is literally falling apart and has been since day 29. We have put over $3500 worth of work in the car. They called last week to ask about our experience. When we complained she said she would talk to her manager. Of course, we have not received a phone call back. We actually had to buy a 3rd car to have as a back up because the envoy constantly breaks down. Recently we had to use the four wheel drive. It was the second time we had used it and it completely broke. This vehicle is the worst car I have ever owned. We were completely taken advantage of. I don't know how any person associated with these crooks looks in the mmirror and feels good about selling these piece of crap cars to honest, hard working people. We have put so much money into fixing this vehicle that we can't get rid of it and we can't afford not to continue fixing it. The DVD player that was "brand new" that they installed for my 5 year old son broke within 2 months. The SUV we bought to hall our 2 children in is so unsafe that we don't even want to drive them in it. It's heartbreaking. I will tell everyone I know what a scam this place is. I hope everyone who has commented with the same story I have reports to the better business bureau.

They have the best cars that I've seen on any used car lot. I wanted to stay away from the scums of the Broadway lots so I gave them a try. They helped me get into a car even with bad credit. I would highly recommend them.
