I but a bottle of Rumchata and a bottle of pumpkin pie vodka. They bagged both bottles in the same bag and when I got home (which is only 1 mile away), the Rumchata bottle was broken in half and had soaked into my vehicle carpet. They refused to replace the bottle, they said that it was not their problem. I understand that accidents happen, but they were very rude about it. They should have replaced the bottle because of their crappy bagging skills. I guess that they would rather lose $1000's by losing not only my business, but the business of everyone that I know. But hey, their rudeness saved them $22.99 today. Congratulations!!
