To update my complaint of earlier today, I want to say congratulations to FedEx for listening to me and correcting the problem I cited earlier. Adam called me and told me the driver was returning with my package in 15 min. I met the gentleman at the gate, he apologized, told me he had tried to call the number posted at the gate, but his phone kept dropping. He promised he would call in advance next time. Connie, regular driver, was also very helpful, as well as JD in Graham. I also want to thank Adam as well as Marquita in Chicago. I have my package now and really appreciate everyone's help. S.
