Lost money. He never really fixed the problem. He made it look like he did. Don't think he knew what he was doing. Had to suffer the lost and buy a new computer. We lost a total of 280 dollars in cash. He only takes cash! Was rude and really didn't care about customer service only getting his money and running with it. I don't recommend this place to anyone. You will lose money and time if you go to him. Believe me!
