the early morning crew is great,since some new faces have started there,the service is better.my coffeee is always made perfect and i ask for and get what i want.noone has ever been rude or anything....the only thing is the parking lot,its not wide enough and big enough for the cars but that has nothing to do with the service.....love sami at this dunkins

I wish I could give this particular Dunkin Donuts 0 stars. The manager is rude, and inept. He gave me the wrong order, and when I told him that it was the wrong order, it did not compute in his limited intelligence span. He kept repeating 'I don't know what you are talking about.' If he couldn't comprehend that, why is he is charge?! I had paid for my item, but drove away empty handed in disgust at this 'manager's. rude, incompetent behavior. I am a longtime customer and would never return to this DD ever again. It's a shame because the staff who works under him have always been pleasant and competent.
