I called Care Temp because I woke up with no heat and it was about 30 degrees in my home. I spoke to a technician within 5 minutes of my phone call and I had a technician at my house in an hour. I called the office to ask if they take a Discover credit card and the woman is the office was very pleasant and informative. She explained the coverage that they have and I received more information when the technician came out. I was extremely impressed with the prompt attention I got and also the knowledge I received from the manager. I will continue to use Care Temp and I will recommend them to all my neighbors and family. I didn't have to call out of work which I thought I would have to because I thought I would have to wait all day for a company to get back to me but I did not get that from Care Temp.
