Lakeview Elementary School, operated by the Whitewater Unified School District, serves students in kindergarten through grade five. The school conducts classes in math, English, science, social studies, music, physical education and art. Its facilities include a computer laboratory, library, lunchroom, playing field and classrooms. Lakeview Elementary School provides special educational services for students with speech and learning disabilities. The school also provides various summer school and gifted and talented education programs. In addition, its parent-teacher association promotes participation in community service projects. It is located in Whitewater, Wis. The Whitewater Unified School District maintains more than five educational campuses that enroll over 1,500 students in kindergarten through grade 12.
