Terrible service. I have been calling for 2 months trying to get my contact prescription corrected. I cannot see to do my work without wearing reading glasses. I think the problem is dry eyes but I cannot get anyone to call me back. I have paid $205.00 for a visit plus $135.00 for a box of contacts that I cannot use. I will NEVER go back to this practice.

Dr. Kirby is great. Some of the staff that works the desk are very unprofessional. Husband and I decided not to go back.

I waited 40 min, but it was a walk-in day. The wait was expected and well worth it. Dr. Kirby is extremely thorough and took time needed to answer and explain my questions to me so that I could understand. Hes just the nicest doctor. God bless him. He gave me his cell phone number just in case I had any problems with my drops over the weekend. God Bless you!
