Owens in Elizabethtown, NC. Our mission is to provide preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic health services with attention to individual needs. We are dedicated to giving family centered care from birth to later years in an affordable,and high quality manner. Dr Cottle and his staff will help you with all your medical needs.
