sorry i didnt have the same experience with them..my central a/c unit went bad.i wanted to replace the coil.they suggested to get a new one for a little more.well i did and it never worked right.my house never got cold again,called many times they kept coming by to check it an never got it to get cold again.never got below 75 degrees.they even billed me when they came back to check it out..this year i will get a professional in to again buy a new unit.imwas told buy another company who came to inspect it for free an will give me a money back guarantee if it is not to my likeing.in writing.said they installed the wrong unit..

This is the second time that Agee has come to our rescue! And I have to say that both times they were very accommodating with our schedule and came ASAP, even though the second time I mentioned that we could wait it wasn't an emergency, they still showed up at our office within a couple of hours.
