Been going here for a year. Always clean and always nice staff..until today...dragged my bag of laundry into the mat because I was unable to carry it and the young girl working comes up to me and says in a rude tone of voice. Dont do that again....My bag made a small trail of water on the floor...it was not done intentionally as I am a neat person but this girl spoke to me so rudely that I told her im sorry I couldnt carry the bag and im sorry she had to do her job and clean it up but I asked her to not speak that way to me...she followed me to the washers I was using and again was rude to me..I told her to stop or I would call the owner...she replied that she would call the owner and throw me out....i then went out to my car to get more laundry and she followed me out there and said next time get a cart...i asked her to leave me alone...she then proceeded to stand by me and give me a dirty look as I was loading my wash....correct me if im wrong but being rude to customers and making them feel uncomfortable in your place of business is something Im sure you do not want your staff to do...i was unaware that I could remove a cart from the mat and take it outside..if your staff had asked me to do that I would have been more than happy to do it...she did not need to be rude to me... and if i had brought my laundry in by cart she would have still had wet wheel marks she would have had to mop up...you cant help that when it's raining out
