Bad experience. The tech said the mold in my furnace was "the worst he'd seen" and recommended replacing my whole system. I don't appreciate scare tactics or the Perfect Climate stickers he slapped on every piece of equipment in my basement. The tech never even bothered to follow up, not that I was going to buy a new system from him anyway. Our mold was common and readily cleanable. Furnace is in great shape.
