It was a pleasure working with Alicia for my maternity photography session. I only wish she was here on island to take my baby photos. Her work was amazing, her professionalism was superb, and she was attentive and responsive to all my needs and desires. Of all the professional photographers we have worked with all over the country she is the best by far.

Alicia just did our family pics on the beach and my whole family (extended family included) just love the way they came out! I was worried about how my sons (ages 3 & 4) would act during the session - they were troublesome admittedly - but Alicia was very patient and somehow worked magic in capturing them at their best for a perfect outcome! I am so happy we chose her to do our family pictures. She has an eye for capturing the perfect shot at just the right angle. Trust me when I say you will not be sorry for choosing her to do your pictures!

We did a newborn session with Alicia and it was so awesome! After contacting her with barely any time to spare, she worked with our schedule and squeezed us in! I looked at a few other photographers and Alicia's photos were so unique and different from any others I had ever seen, we had to book her. It went so much better than I ever could have anticipated, she is extremely friendly and was so great with our daughter! She was so amazing at calming her down and was so patient with her while we were waiting for her to fall asleep. Her props are the cutest! And the pictures are honestly priceless. I was so impressed with how the shots came out, and my entire family is in LOVE with all of the photos. The way she captured the beauty of our daughter was impeccable to say the least. I would schedule with her in the future time and time again! So worth it!

The short of it: Book her! You won't be disappointed!



The long of it: I am very picky about photos. I wanted my pregnancy, labor, and newborn photos to be timeless, classic, and more journalistic than posed. I didn't want pictures that you would look at and know they were taken in 2014. You know, like my baby pictures from the 80's...the ones with the wooden bench, the astroturf, the fake poppies in the background and the huge closeup of my face hovering ominously over my head. You look at pictures like that and you just know they were taken in the 80's! I loved Alicia's maternity, labor, and newborn photos, so I booked all three sessions with her.



A few weeks before I was supposed to do my maternity shoot, I ended up having an emergency c-section and delivering my little guy 11 weeks early. A few days after that, I let Alicia know what was going on, and she was so kind and understanding about it. She was also patient with us regarding the scheduling - when you have a preemie, they go straight to the NICU, and there is no firm timeline regarding their release. We obviously didn't get to do our maternity or labor shoot, but I was very excited about our newborn shoot.



By the time our son was discharged from the NICU, he was already 7 weeks old, he was well past the sleepy 10 day window. Even though Alicia was booked solid with other photo shoots, her own vow renewal and family in town, she squeezed us in as quickly as she could before Ben got any bigger (he was just 4lbs, and we really wanted to capture his tininess). Unfortunately the day of the shoot, Ben was incredibly fussy and had a sore tummy. We were only able to get a few shots in. Alicia was so understanding and kind about it - she scheduled a follow-up session the following week for no additional fee. It was very kind of her, and one of the reasons I feel completely comfortable referring her to my friends and family.



The follow-up shoot went great, and we got some really beautiful shots that we will cherish forever. She was incredibly patient, putting my husband, myself, and our baby at ease. She was friendly and kind, and we really enjoyed our session. The pictures were absolutely gorgeous, the shots were perfect and the editing put all of us in our best light. I love that she gives you the photos for you to print as you please. So many places require you to purchase prints from them at ridiculous prices, and some won't ever give you a release so that you're forced to continue to buy from them.



The only downside is that her husband is in the military, which means she probably won't be in Hawaii forever. That means I need to cracking on our next baby asap!



I can't recommend her enough, and I can't wait until our next session.

I got pregnant back in November and from then on, I was on a hunt for the perfect photographer! I knew I wanted someone who knew exactly what they were doing so we would end up with PERFECT pictures. I looked and looked and looked and finally stumbled upon "A Little Love Photography By Alicia" and fell in love with her work. I knew from then on that's who I wanted doing all of our pictures. She's reasonable prices for the amazing work you get. I always say you pay for what you get for! Our maternity session was so easy. By that I mean, we both felt so comfortable to take pictures with her. She took her time while making us laugh all at the same time. A week after our session we had all of our pictures and couldn't be happier. We love how every picture turned out and would go back to her time and time again! Newborn sessions are next, we can't wait to see what they have in store.

This is a long overdue review. We had booked and payed a previous photographer for a Labor Session and last minute that photographer went out of town. After desperately seeking a replacement , Alicia came highly recommended by several people. Our Labor session Photography was unbelievable. Alicia was patient, caring, and gave us just the right amount of space to still have an intimate experience. My labor was over 8 hours and she patiently waited, I still feel we couldn't have compensated her enough for this time. I was so please by our Labor session experience and photographs that we ended up booking a newborn session as well. We had the newborn session at her home, which was neatly organized, well light, just the right temperature for a newborn session and you can see how beautiful her work looks as she has canvases of her baby girl displayed on her walls. Unfortunately our baby was colic and Alicia was determined to get us the best shots she could. After two hours of her patiently trying to have the baby photographed, I ended up telling her it was the baby that wasn't cooperating and she suggested we do the shoot at our home. Alicia brought all her amazing, quality and unique props and set up our home as her studio. I can't say it enough of how determined she was to provide us with high quality work, she will stop at no means to completely satisfy her customers. Our baby girl is now 6 months and Alicia has done her timeline photos of 3 and 6 months old and EVERY session has been at her home studio and all have been a remarkable experience. She is VERY personable, loving, professional and artistic. One of the picture of our little girl at 3 months old was even featured On BabyGap facebook page, so trust her when it comes to posing. All in ALL this is a great small business that caters 100% to the customers need and will dedicate their time to making sure you are fully satisfied with their work! I highly recommend Alicia and I can't wait for our upcoming sessions.

There aren't enough positive things I can say about Alicia of A Little Love Photography . She is simply wonderful! Our family absolutely loves her artistic abilities, professionalism, work ethic, and delivery of products.



Alicia was very warm, personable, and informative from the very first inquiry prior to booking with her. She was very attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. She gave us various options for what we were looking to achieve with our photos. She is not like any other photographer we've worked with (and there have been many). We purchased a package that encompassed maternity, delivery, and newborn photos. ALL of the shots came out to be more than what we ever expected. We are completely satisfied with her work and will continue to use for future shoots.

Alicia puts her heart and soul in the pictures she's creating for you and your family! She captured amazing shots and was so easy to work with. She brought props and always made me and my family feel so comfortable (even being 36 weeks pregnant) you won't be disappointed if you chose her for your photographer!
