      WHO WE AREWe are a school that is dedicated to teaching Chinese and Korean martial arts through multiple programs that suit all ages, personal needs and goals. The variety of our curriculum (including Wushu, Taekwon-Do, Kickboxing and Tai-Chi Chuan) allows students to concentrate on their preferred martial arts, while having the opportunity to cross-train in other styles which makes practice exciting and rewarding. We provide an environment where families come together to participate in martial arts activities of mutual interest. We also welcome students with special needs. Our school is affiliated with the International Taekwon-Do Federation (ITF) and with the United States Taekwon-Do Federation (US-ITF).OUR PHILOSOPHYWe believe that the practice of martial arts leads to a better mind and body, and ultimately contributes to a more peaceful society. We also believe that the human mind and body have endless potential for growth. As Bruce Lee once said, If you always put limits on everything you do, physical or anything else, it will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them. OUR MISSIONTo provide engaging, dynamic and challenging student-centered classes, where each student receives expert instruction customized to their personal needs, abilities and goals. Through our teaching and training, our students acquire the skills and knowledge that promote positive changes within themselves, their communities and ultimately society as a whole.
