Super greedy manager! Charges $1 for small strip of tape for label!!! And refused to give confirmation for pre-paid drop offs!! He is a rip off!! Stay away!!

The UPS store is GREAT! Garret is very professional and can't do enough for you. The other gentleman That works there is also extremely polite and helpful. The guys are helpful and I have used the notary services as well. It is very difficult to find a Notary that will travel to another location such as a nursing home. Garret went to the nursing home on a Sunday morning so that I was able to get documents signed. They also help you with your packages if they are heavy or cumbersome. This a great place to mail packages.

I was at this location to drop off a prepaid package, unfriendly & unprofessional staff & was charged for a piece of tape. If you need to mail something I recommend you find a different location.

I was in the store a week or two ago. I can't remember the actual day. The guy behind the counter was very nice and very helpful.

There is a sign inside the store at the Whitehall location saying it is under new management. The guy at the counter was not very pleasant or helpful. It actually looks like the guy hates his job. I hope he's not the new owner.Your best bet is to go the UPS Store on Lehigh Street. The staff there rocks! They are always extremely pleasant and helpful!
