To get your prescription, do one of three things: Call the MyLVHN Nurse Information line at 1-888-402-LVHN or complete an LVHN Video Visit or E-Visit by going to MyLVHN.org or downloading the MyLVHN app. A provider will determine if testing is needed and schedule your appointment. View your COVID-19 test results After your COVID-19 test, there’s no need to wait for a provider to call you. You can view your test results and quarantine instructions as soon as they are available on the MyLVHN patient portal. If you receive positive test results, you will receive a call with guidance. Should you have questions about your results, please call 484-273-4368. ,
