Have you ever heard the saying "Eat where the locals eat"? Come to Whitehall for the Shopping, but make sure you find Charles behind the Whitehall Mall on Mickley Road. Excellent Pizza both Neopolitan and Sicilian, and one of the best cheese steaks in the LV area. No Cheez whiz used here, If you order the cheese steak it comes with white American. You will be asked "Sauce and onions?", and IMHO, the answer is "Yes". Charle has found a way to melt the cheese throughout the sandwhich without burning it. This yields the same taste in every bite. Awesome! Now on to the Pizza. The Neopolitan is my favorite. The crust is nice and chewy and not to salty. The sauce is not to tangy and not to sweet. If you are tempted to order an extra-cheese, get a plain one first. Charle tends to have as much cheese on his plain than most have on their ex-cheese model.I give the food five stars. The only reason I rated it a 4 is because the prices are a little higher than the norm, but at Charles...ENJOY!
