I am very passionate about fresh, nutritious, and locally sourced food. Our specialties are seasonal and gluten free cooking. The Fresh Fork is dedicated to help busy people eat fresh, well balanced meals with ease. We are based out of Harford County, MD and will travel to the surrounding regions.
