- The Upper Valley Aquatic Center offers state-of-the-art swimming facilities for lessons, competition and exercise in addition to a zero entry Splash Park with two slides and a current pool. There is a fully equipped fitness center with exceptional personal training and an exciting assortment of group classes. Members enjoy FREE childcare and classes!

I recently completed the American Red Cross lifeguard certification at Upper Valley Aquatic Center and the online portion took me much longer than the 2.5hr estimated time. However, the instructor was clear we needed to leave plenty of time, so I am glad I did! I am grateful to have such a great training facility locally.
The workout facilities here are top of the line and incredibly clean. As someone who suffers from gym anxiety the layout of the facility here helps me feel comfortable being able to work out without fear of being judged. The view from the gym is also so beautiful. Instead of staring at white walls or traffic you are able to look out and see the green mountains. It makes for a very serene and peaceful workout.
The pools are great and the warm water pool is magnificent. It is a little stuffy in the pool area, but that is to be expected. So much fun with kids… would recommend to other families to come here. The life guards were polite while enforcing the rules. It is a very friendly environment there.
The last Saturday of every month is Parent Night Out! Totally affordable, even if you're not a member. Your child enjoys swimming, dinner, and a movie, while us parents get a night out. UVAC is awesome and welcomes people of all ages!
The UVAC has great facilities where I can work out or bring the family for a day of fun! It is great when I want to work out in the morning and need a babysitter, the uvac has the kidzone and I can work out and not even have to worry about it. The splash park has something for everyone, I even enjoyed going and playing there. This was a great addition to our community and I can't wait to see what the expansion will bring.
