DO NOT choose this company as your supplier. They pulled the ultimate bait and switch. They listed a low 1 yr low fixed rate for gas at $0.0829 cents, once you have chosen them, they send a confirmation in the mail stating a rate at $0.8290, which is a difference of $0.74 cent. This happened to myself and 9 other customers, that I know of. Then you are locked in a contract with them for 1 yr at this fixed rate, and if you terminate, there is a fee of $200.00. Save yourself the money and the headache before choosing this company U.S Gas & Electric as your new supplier. If the rate listed seems to good to be true, it probably is, but please call to confirm. They need to honor the original rate shown, or let you out of the contract with no fee.
