Very unprofessional. Their website says how professional they are and how important their customers are to them. My opinion? If you want to have a group of people look down on you like they arebetter than you go to Static salon. The salon itself is beautiful. Unfortunately the staff is just plain snotty. I called three seperate times and couldnt get ahold of the stylist i needed to speak to. I left messages and my calls were never returned. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and not at all worth the money. The lower level stylists looked absolutely miserable as well, they moped around cleaning up after the others. not recommended. try somewhere else.

I have been a customer there for 3 years. My stylist left out of the blue 2 years ago. I stayed with the salon & used a stylist who I was unhappy with. They offered me 20% off the next visit. The original stylist returned 3 mos later & they had me switch back. She had a baby in December & came back in January. For my scheduled January appointment, she had me wait 30 mins while she "squeezed in" 2 other customers. In March, I was 15 minutes late because of severe weather conditions. I called & told the salon I would be late. The stylist left, citing she could not wait. I had a function to attend so I really needed my hair done. They assigned a lesser stylist who does not listen at all. Haircut is a mess. They called me to ask if services were ok. Even they noticed.Morale: stay away from this place if you want a place that will be as loyal to you as you are to them. When trying to get the horrible cut fixed, they offer same stylist who cut it the first time. An insult and a joke in one
