Love this place, everyone there goes out of their way to make me feel important.

I had a scheduled appointment on a friday at 3pm the have the 600 mile break-in maintenance done on my bike. I dropped it off 2 hours early and was told it would only take about 2.5 hours to complete. finally after no word I called the store at 5:30pm and was given a lame excuse about a mechanic leaving and they got backed up etc. etc. Long story short my bike was not done and would not be until the next day. I had work that saturday and was unable to pick my bike up and since they are closed Sunday and Monday i was not able to get my bike until Tuesday even though i had an appointment the following Friday! and to top it all off their prices are astronomical. I will never return there and would suggest recommend anyone else to go elsewhere.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! As a new owner of a 4wheeler I took my bike there when it stopped running (only days after I bought it). They told me they would give me a call in a week and had me sign a paper. Little did I know this paper said that whatever damage done to the bike while in AC&P they were not responsible for it. So basically they could do whatever they want. My fault I should have read the fine print. Anyways a week goes by so I call them: haven't even looked at it yet give it another week. Called again same responce. By the third week they said a manager would have to call me back. Never happened. SO I go there to pick the bike up b/c this was rediculous and they tell me my motor is blown and needs a rebuild. AND its $115 JUST for lookin at it (NEVER TOLD ME THAT!). So I take the bike for a 2nd opinion and turns out I was just out of gas. Yes kind of embarrassing on my behalf however absolutly rediculous on their end. REBUILD MY MOTOR?!?!?!?! NEVER recomended.

A great bunch of folks, always helpful and very knowledgeable. I have bought from them for 15 years.

I went to this store 3 different times to buy a scooter 250cc+ all I got were salesmen that didn't know anything or just blew me off.. I then called on july 3rd. they had a 400cc scooter. I was ready to buy. got there no bike. then it was in the back, he had to get someone to show it to me, then, it was shipped to another store. I will never step foot in there store to spend a dime. The take it and leave it and no info sales sense there led me to proformance cycles inc in Huntingtown to get the exact bike in the color I wanted and almost $1000.00 cheeper.thank you Atlantic for saving me the money..Karen Hamilton
