He did not show up or call to cancel / reschedule. Let us wait for 8 hours - despite appointment. When we called they were rude on the phone and did not confirm when or if somebody would show up. I am very disappointed, especially since I am bound to this "provider" by my insurance. Time to switch insurance and technician! This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
