hi ive used there shop three times in the past. they were a great help and prices were lower then i thought they would be. on one computer i had they told me the mother board is shot and did not charge me. they could have given me a line and charged me and i would have paid not knowing. im getting ready to call them about a used computer. i saw i had a chance to share. i hope this helps !!
