There are few things I would recommend from this Taco Bell mainly because there's absolutely NO consistency. You could for example get a great cool ranch taco one day, then for the next 2 months you get STALE taco shells. So FRUSTRATING! I even tried the 800# route and got a call from the manager & a cpl free tacos and an apology. No apology needed I said, "Just don't serve STALE COOL RANCH TACO SHELLS!" It didn't take long at all before the same thing started again. The last 3-4 times I have gotten taco's the shells are different degrees of stale but the last time was just plain STALE. Not edible. It's not a huge request is it? I give you money and ask for freshness. (Seems fair to me.) Guess not!

I was given great and accurate service yesterday while going through the drive-thru. The person taking my order relayed it back to me, and was very nice. This is my favorite Taco Bell in the Medford-White City area.
