I would rate lower if I could. I had a package suppose to be delivered by 13th. When it wasnt, I tracked it. It says it was delivered on Thursday Aug 9th (I was home all day) and someone named Thomas signed for it... I don't know a Thomas. The address was correct, and the appartment number was as well. Where the H. E. L. L. is my package??? and why would UPS allow someone, who's name is not on the package, and not answering my door, sign for my package without my permission. As far as I am concerned.... UPS just stole my property!!!

Had package delivered amazon said call them give more info on delivery site called ups gave info they needed package was delivered next door and they opened it thanks for listening to your customers and for worse service ever...........

Explain to me why you would scan my package onto the truck, drive the truck to my house and STOP. Sit out in front of my house for a few minutes, then leave without attempting to deliver said package! Oh, AND make sure you go back to the terminal that night, delete the scan showing it was on the truck, and delete the destination scan saying it arrived at the Whistler facility, then make sure to edit it all to look like it JUST GOT THERE. Pathetic. This is completely unacceptable business practices.

I was overcharged for next day air shipping being told that is the only way my item could ship. $91.63 to ship next day air, it took 4 days for my package to arrive. Will never use again and will complain to customer service until something is done in my favore. I do mot reccomend ups.

I don't recommend UPS at all! They gave me the run-a-rounds when I called about my package. On the same morning two different agents told me I couldn't pick it up because it HAD to be delivered the next day because I changed my address befored it arrived. One other agent told me that it would be delivered THAT day. Well, I left home thinking since two people told me the same thing, that THEY were right. I got an email that same evening saying they had made a first attempt! Why couldn't the other two agents see that it could possibly be delivered. Someone didn't do their job! I am soooooooooo angry, now I have to go and pick it up the morning after (like I was trying to do in the beginning) because it is a very important package that I really needed the day before!!!!

You guess tell me a time and haven't got to my home yet I called in late for work waiting on a package & actually missed my shift. I really don't recomend u guess at all, its poor business & when speaking with customer service they get an attitude as if the merchantdise is their's this is sad, & u guess need to be reported to the Better Business Bruial. YOU STILL HAVEN'T GOT HERE YET...

I dont recommend Ups! Everytime I have ordered something it does not get delivered! The always say that it has an incorrect address, when actually it was the correct address!
