Doctors and physicians' assistants and medical team are all great. You get exactly what you would expect. The office manager though, Dee, is very unprofessional. After insurance, I owed almost a thousand dollars which I don't have. I do have and offered to pay $50 a month, which she refused. Now she sent me to collection. She refuses to accept my payments, would prefer to get them from a collector AFTER they take their cut. My payments will be $50 per month to the collector now. Good business sense? No. I curse you Dee with this wish: I hope you get to deal with someone as rude and uncaring as you are.

Very poor scheduling. Waite can be 2 hours past your appointment time. No one keeps you informed--you just wait and steam. I waited a month for an appointment only to arrive and find total confusion--one person said I had an appointment a second couldn't find it. After waiting 2 hours I got up and left.Mine was a late morning appointment, cant even imagine how bad the delay got for late day appointments. The office cannot retain a schedule because they do surgery without planning, with absolutely no regard to other customers/patients. Suggest going else ware for help--Washington Pa or Cambridge OIh
